Our history
Company overview
The company was founded in 1978 as Correctional Medical Services (CMS), providing healthcare services to correctional facilities under government contract.
In 2011, CMS merged with PHS Correctional Healthcare, and the combined organization was renamed Corizon Health.
Corizon Health works with county, state and other government corrections agencies as a contracted healthcare provider.
