Accessibility Statement

This website is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. WCAG defines requirements across four principles: content must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

• Semantic HTML structure with a single, descriptive heading hierarchy per page.
• A "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements.
• Text and interface colors selected to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• Labelled form fields with error messages associated to their inputs.
• Landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer) and accessible link text.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Responsive layouts that support 200% zoom and small-screen reflow.

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated checks during development and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader spot checks. Accessibility is treated as part of routine site maintenance rather than a one-time audit.

Some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas of ongoing work include:

• Third-party content, such as external job boards and social media, which we do not control.
• Documents published in PDF form, which may not include a complete tag structure. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
